A great bourbon requires a sturdy airframe. We built this whiskey on a meticulous mash bill of 70% corn, 15% rye, and 15% malted barley. After distillation, it is carefully aged on-site right here in Oshkosh. Allowing the barrels to breathe through the shifting Wisconsin seasons imparts a rich, deep character to the spirit, resulting in a meticulously crafted bourbon that pours with a brilliant metallic copper hue.
