We start with organic Mexican agave syrup, sourced specifically for its rich, earthy purity. We ferment and distill the agave directly in-house. This hands-on, local distillation process allows us to carefully control the cuts, resulting in an exceptionally clean, vibrant spirit. It is a meticulous process that honors the agave's traditional roots while delivering a distinctly smooth Wisconsin finish.
